Description
This dish features tender chicken coated in a sticky garlic sauce served over noodles.
Ingredients

- 500g chicken breast, sliced
- 200g noodles
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken slices and cook until browned.
- Add garlic, ginger, and cook for 1 minute.
- Stir in soy sauce and honey, and cook until sauce thickens.
- Toss in cooked noodles and mix well.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Use any type of noodles you prefer.
- For extra spice, add chili flakes.
