Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 packet active dry yeast
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/4 cup raisins (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add melted butter, salt, and flour. Mix until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough for 5 minutes until smooth.
- Cover and let rise for 1 hour.
- Roll out the dough and spread cinnamon, brown sugar, and nuts on top.
- Roll the dough tightly and slice into rings.
- Place rings on a baking sheet and let rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.

- Adjust sugar for desired sweetness.
- Substitute nuts and raisins based on preference.
