- 2 lbs beef steak
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 onion, sliced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Season the steak with black pepper.
- Place the steak in the crockpot.
- Add beef broth, soy sauce, onion, garlic, carrots, and potatoes.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4 hours.
- Shred the steak before serving.

- For extra flavor, marinate the steak overnight.
