A delicious recipe for Steak and Shake’s garlic double steakburger.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 4 slices American cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- Lettuce, tomato, and onion for toppings
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into four patties.
- Cook the patties on a grill or skillet over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Add a slice of cheese on each patty during the last minute of cooking.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill.
- Assemble the burgers with toppings of your choice.
- Serve immediately.
