Description

Savory spinach garlic meatballs filled with gooey mozzarella.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1 jar marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix ground beef, spinach, garlic, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form meatballs and stuff each with a cube of mozzarella.
  4. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
  6. Serve with marinara sauce.
