Description
A tasty appetizer made with spinach and artichokes served in crispy wonton cups.
Ingredients

- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup canned artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine spinach, artichokes, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, and garlic powder.
- Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray.
- Press wonton wrappers into the muffin tin to form cups.
- Fill each cup with the spinach and artichoke mixture.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
