Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Add cilantro, onion, egg, and milk. Stir until combined.
  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil.
  5. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels.
