- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the shrimp until pink and cooked through.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, hot sauce, Cajun seasoning, green onions, and lemon juice.
- Add the cooked shrimp to the mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Serve warm with crackers or bread.
Notes
- Adjust the hot sauce to your spice preference.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
- Garnish with extra green onions before serving.
