  • 1 can coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 tablespoons red curry paste

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions
