Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs, then cool in ice water.
  2. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
  5. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  6. Sprinkle with paprika and chives before serving.
