  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, chopped onion, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Shape mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook patties for 4-5 minutes on each side until browned.
  5. Remove patties and set aside.
  6. Add sliced onion to the skillet and sauté until soft.
  7. Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring to combine.
  8. Return patties to the skillet and simmer for 10 minutes.
  9. Mix cornstarch and water to create a slurry.
  10. Stir slurry into the skillet to thicken the gravy.
  11. Serve patties with gravy on top.
