Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Brown the chicken on both sides, about 5 minutes each side.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. Add onions and garlic to the skillet, sauté until soft.
  6. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet and cover.
  8. Cook for 20 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
  9. Stir in heavy cream and simmer for 5 more minutes.
  10. Serve hot with gravy poured over the chicken.
