Description
A delicious s’mores loaf cake combining chocolate, graham crackers, and marshmallows.
Ingredients

- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Add butter, eggs, vanilla, and milk. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in marshmallows, crushed graham crackers, and chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Serve with extra chocolate sauce if desired.
- Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
