Delicious smoked side dishes for Thanksgiving.
Ingredients

- 4 cups of Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups of sweet potatoes, cubed
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup of corn, fresh or frozen
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
- Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Spread Brussels sprouts on the smoker rack and smoke for 1 hour.
- In a bowl, mix sweet potatoes with maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
- Place sweet potatoes in a smoker-safe dish and smoke for 1 hour.
- For corn, melt butter and mix with smoked paprika.
- Add corn to the smoker for the last 30 minutes of cooking.
- Serve all smoked sides together.
Notes
- Adjust cooking times based on your smoker’s capacity.
- Feel free to add other vegetables as desired.
- Consider smoking the sides while the turkey cooks.
