  • 1 cup of corn, fresh or frozen
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat your smoker to 225°F.
  2. Toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread Brussels sprouts on the smoker rack and smoke for 1 hour.
  4. In a bowl, mix sweet potatoes with maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, and pepper.
  5. Place sweet potatoes in a smoker-safe dish and smoke for 1 hour.
  6. For corn, melt butter and mix with smoked paprika.
  7. Add corn to the smoker for the last 30 minutes of cooking.
  8. Serve all smoked sides together.
