- 1 small turkey (8–10 lbs)
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup green beans, trimmed
- 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 pumpkin pie
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the turkey by seasoning it and placing it in a roasting pan.
- Mix stuffing with chicken broth and stuff the turkey.
- Roast the turkey for approximately 3 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- While the turkey cooks, boil potatoes until tender, then mash with butter.
- Steam green beans until crisp-tender.
- Serve turkey with stuffing, mashed potatoes, green beans, and cranberry sauce.
- Finish the meal with slices of pumpkin pie.
