- 1 turkey breast (4–6 lbs)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup green beans
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 pumpkin pie
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the stuffing according to package instructions.
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan.
- Pour chicken broth over the turkey.
- Spread stuffing around the turkey.
- Cover with foil and roast for 1.5 hours.
- Remove foil and roast for another 30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cook green beans in boiling water for 5 minutes.
- Serve turkey with stuffing, green beans, and cranberry sauce.
- Finish with pumpkin pie for dessert.
Notes
- Let the turkey rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
- Adjust seasoning in stuffing as needed.
- Use leftover turkey for sandwiches.
