Ingredients

- 4 cups of diced potatoes
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of sour cream
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Peel and dice the potatoes.
- Add potatoes to the slow cooker.
- Mix in milk, sour cream, butter, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stir well to combine all ingredients.
- Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in cheddar cheese before serving.

- Feel free to add herbs for extra flavor.
- Can substitute cheddar with your favorite cheese.
