Description
Tender shredded beef sandwiches made in a slow cooker.
Ingredients

- 3 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 8 sandwich rolls
- Optional: sliced cheese, pickles
Instructions
- Place the beef roast in the slow cooker.
- Add sliced onion and minced garlic on top.
- Pour beef broth and Worcestershire sauce over the meat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the beef is tender.
- Remove the beef and shred it with two forks.
- Return the shredded beef to the slow cooker and mix with juices.
- Serve on sandwich rolls with optional toppings.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add your favorite spices.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
- This dish can be frozen for up to three months.
