A simple and delicious slow cooker Salisbury steak recipe.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 packet onion soup mix
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, and onion soup mix.
- Shape the mixture into patties.
- Brown the patties in a skillet over medium heat.
- Place browned patties in the slow cooker.
- Mix beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then pour over the patties.
- Add sliced mushrooms on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
