Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, and onion soup mix.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties.
  3. Brown the patties in a skillet over medium heat.
  4. Place browned patties in the slow cooker.
  5. Mix beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, then pour over the patties.
  6. Add sliced mushrooms on top.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
  8. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
