Ingredients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 4 cups water
- 1 cup milk
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Combine macaroni and water in the slow cooker.
- Cook on high for 10 minutes.
- Add milk, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, cream cheese, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Stir well to combine.
- Cover and cook on low for 2 hours, stirring occasionally.
- Serve warm.

- Add more cheese for a richer flavor.
