Description
A creamy and cheesy corn dish made in a slow cooker.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cans of corn, drained
- 1 cup of cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup of cream cheese
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1/4 cup of milk
- 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in the slow cooker.
- Stir until well mixed.
- Cover and cook on low for 4 hours.
- Stir occasionally during cooking.
- Serve warm.

- Can use frozen corn instead of canned.
- Adjust cheese quantity based on preference.
