- 4 large apples
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup raisins

- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup apple juice
Instructions
- Core the apples and slice them into a bloom pattern.
- In a bowl, mix brown sugar, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg, and walnuts.
- Stuff the apple mixture into the cored apples.
- Place the apples in the slow cooker.
- Melt butter and pour over the apples.
- Add apple juice to the slow cooker.
- Cook on low for 4 hours or until tender.
- Serve warm.
