Description
Delicious grilled burritos filled with sloppy joe mixture.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup ketchup
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- Oil for grilling
Instructions
- In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is brown.
- Drain excess fat.
- Add ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well.
- Cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
- Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Add a portion of the sloppy joe mixture and cheese.
- Fold the sides and roll the tortilla tightly.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Grill the burrito until golden brown on both sides.
- Repeat for remaining tortillas.
- Slice in half and serve warm.
Notes
- You can add jalapeños for extra spice.
- Serve with sour cream or salsa on the side.
