Delicious grilled burritos filled with sloppy joe mixture.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef and onion over medium heat until beef is brown.
  2. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir well.
  4. Cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
  5. Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Add a portion of the sloppy joe mixture and cheese.
  6. Fold the sides and roll the tortilla tightly.
  7. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Grill the burrito until golden brown on both sides.
  8. Repeat for remaining tortillas.
  9. Slice in half and serve warm.

Notes

  • You can add jalapeños for extra spice.
  • Serve with sour cream or salsa on the side.
