Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Add chicken to the skillet and cook until browned, about 5 minutes per side.
  4. Remove chicken and set aside.
  5. Add onions to the skillet and sauté until soft.
  6. Add garlic and thyme, cook for 1 minute.
  7. Pour in chicken broth and stir to combine.
  8. Return chicken to the skillet and cover.
  9. Simmer for 15 minutes until chicken is cooked through.
