- 1 turkey (10-12 lbs)
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup butter
- 2 cups diced celery
- 2 cups diced onion
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme

- 1 bag stuffing mix
- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 4 cups mashed potatoes
- 1 cup gravy
- 1 pumpkin pie
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F.
- Prepare the turkey by removing the giblets and patting it dry.
- In a pan, melt butter and sauté celery and onion until soft.
- Add thyme, sage, and stuffing mix to the pan.
- Moisten the stuffing with chicken broth.
- Stuff the turkey with the mixture and place it in the oven.
- Roast the turkey for about 3 hours.
- Prepare mashed potatoes and gravy while the turkey cooks.
- Serve cranberry sauce on the side.
- Finish the meal with pumpkin pie for dessert.
