- 2 medium zucchinis, sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the zucchinis and place them in a baking dish.
- Drizzle olive oil over the zucchini.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, salt, and pepper on top.
- Add shredded cheese evenly over the zucchini.
- If using, sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of the cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and zucchini is tender.

- Feel free to add herbs like oregano or basil for extra flavor.
