- 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 200g steak, sliced thin
- 250g noodles
- 3 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package instructions.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add steak and cook until browned.
- Add shrimp and bell pepper, cook until shrimp is pink.
- Stir in teriyaki sauce and mix well.
- Add cooked noodles and toss to combine.
- Garnish with green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of teriyaki sauce to taste.
- You can add vegetables like broccoli or snap peas.
- For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes.
