Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add onion, bell pepper, and celery. Cook until soft.

  4. Stir in Cajun seasoning and shrimp. Cook until shrimp turn pink.
  5. Add rice and chicken broth. Stir to combine.
  6. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and cover.
