Ingredients

  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
  6. Add cooked pasta and shrimp to the cream mixture; stir to combine.
  7. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
  9. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

  • For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
