A creamy and cheesy shrimp alfredo bake that’s easy to prepare.

- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add shrimp to the skillet and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a large bowl, combine heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked pasta and shrimp to the cream mixture; stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and top with mozzarella cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden on top.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the amount of cheese based on your preference.
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes.
- Can substitute shrimp with chicken or vegetables.
