Easy and delicious sheet pan tacos for a quick meal.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 12 small corn tortillas
- 1 avocado, diced
- Fresh cilantro, for garnish
- Lime wedges, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add taco seasoning and follow package instructions.
- On a sheet pan, spread the cooked beef evenly.
- Add cherry tomatoes, black beans, and corn on top of the beef.
- Layer the tortillas onto the mixture.
- Sprinkle cheese over the tortillas.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Remove from oven and top with avocado and cilantro.
- Serve with lime wedges.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for a healthier option.
- Substitute ground turkey or chicken if preferred.
- Feel free to add your favorite toppings.
