Ingredients

  • 1 cup crab meat
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Remove stems from mushrooms and chop them finely.
  3. In a bowl, mix crab meat, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff each mushroom cap with the crab mixture.
  5. Place stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
