Description

Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onion and garlic over medium heat.
  2. Stir in chili powder and cumin. Cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and mix in shredded cheese.
  4. Place a portion of the beef mixture in the center of each tortilla.
  5. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling and roll it up tightly.
  6. In a deep pan, heat oil over medium-high heat.
  7. Fry each chimichanga until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  8. Drain on paper towels.
  9. Serve with sour cream and guacamole.
