Ingredients

  • 4 cups green beans, trimmed
  • 4 cups potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cups cheese, shredded
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the sausage in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add the onion and cook until softened.
  4. In a large bowl, mix the green beans, potatoes, cream of mushroom soup, and milk.
  5. Stir in the cooked sausage and onion.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  8. Bake for 45 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.
