Description
Salted caramel bites are small, sweet treats made with rich caramel and a hint of salt.
Ingredients

- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 6 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat sugar over medium heat until it melts and turns amber.
- Add butter and stir until melted.
- Slowly add heavy cream while stirring continuously.
- Remove from heat and stir in sea salt and vanilla extract.
- Pour mixture into a lined baking dish and let it cool.
- Once cooled, cut into bite-sized pieces.

- Store in an airtight container.
- Can be refrigerated for longer shelf life.
