A delicious blend of salted caramel and banana in a moist bread.
Ingredients

- 3 ripe bananas, mashed
- 1/2 cup salted caramel sauce
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas and melted butter.
- Add sugar, egg, and vanilla extract. Mix well.
- Stir in baking soda and salt.
- Add flour and mix until just combined.
- Fold in salted caramel sauce.
- Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- This bread tastes better the next day.
- Serve with additional salted caramel sauce if desired.
