Delicious salted caramel apple crumble bars with a buttery crust and sweet apple filling.
Ingredients

- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
- ¼ cup rolled oats
- 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ cup salted caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and softened butter until crumbly.
- Add rolled oats and mix well.
- Press half of the mixture into a greased baking pan.
- In another bowl, combine apples, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Spread the apple mixture over the crust.
- Drizzle salted caramel sauce over the apples.
- Top with the remaining crumble mixture.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before cutting into bars.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Serve warm with ice cream for extra flavor.
