Delicious salted caramel apple crumble bars with a buttery crust and sweet apple filling.


Ingredients

  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, softened
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups apples, peeled and diced
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup salted caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, brown sugar, and softened butter until crumbly.
  3. Add rolled oats and mix well.
  4. Press half of the mixture into a greased baking pan.
  5. In another bowl, combine apples, granulated sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  6. Spread the apple mixture over the crust.
  7. Drizzle salted caramel sauce over the apples.
  8. Top with the remaining crumble mixture.
  9. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Let cool before cutting into bars.
