Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season salmon fillets with salt and pepper.
- Cook salmon for 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- In a bowl, mix heavy cream, Dijon mustard, and lemon juice.
- Pour the sauce over the salmon in the skillet.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
