- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, garlic powder, onion powder, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
- Form the mixture into patties.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook the patties until browned on both sides, then remove and set aside.
- Add potatoes and onion to the skillet, cooking until tender.
- Add mushrooms and cook for 2 more minutes.
- Stir in flour and mix well.
- Gradually add beef broth, stirring constantly until thickened.
- Return patties to the skillet and simmer for 5-10 minutes.
- Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.
