- 1 cup crushed vanilla wafers
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup dark rum
- 1/2 cup finely chopped nuts
- Additional powdered sugar for rolling
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine crushed vanilla wafers, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder.
- Add the corn syrup and dark rum. Mix until well combined.
- Stir in the chopped nuts.
- Form the mixture into small balls.
- Roll each ball in additional powdered sugar.
- Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
