Description
Rum balls are a delightful no-bake treat made with crushed cookies, cocoa, and rum.
Ingredients

- 2 cups crushed chocolate cookies
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup light corn syrup
- 1/2 cup dark rum
- 1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
- 1/2 cup additional powdered sugar for rolling
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix crushed cookies, powdered sugar, and cocoa powder.
- Add corn syrup and rum. Mix until combined.
- If desired, stir in chopped nuts.
- Form mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Roll each ball in powdered sugar to coat.
- Place on a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- For a non-alcoholic version, substitute rum with chocolate syrup.
