A comforting rotisserie chicken and stuffing casserole that’s easy to prepare.
Ingredients

- 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
- 2 cups stuffing mix
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth.
- Add chopped onions, celery, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
- Stir in stuffing mix until evenly combined.
- Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.
Notes
- Use any leftover chicken if you don’t have rotisserie chicken.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables.
- Serve with a side salad for a complete meal.
