A comforting rotisserie chicken and stuffing casserole that’s easy to prepare.


Ingredients

  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded
  • 2 cups stuffing mix
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped celery
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, and chicken broth.
  3. Add chopped onions, celery, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well.
  4. Stir in stuffing mix until evenly combined.
  5. Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  6. Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
  7. Bake for 30-35 minutes until heated through and cheese is bubbly.

Notes

  • Use any leftover chicken if you don’t have rotisserie chicken.
