- 2 cups of Ritz crackers
- 1 cup of salted caramel sauce
- 2 cups of heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
Instructions
- Crush the Ritz crackers into small pieces.
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.
- Layer crushed crackers and whipped cream in a dish, alternating layers.
- Drizzle salted caramel sauce between layers.
- Repeat until all ingredients are used, finishing with whipped cream on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use store-bought or homemade salted caramel.
- For a richer flavor, add chocolate sauce between layers.
- Garnish with additional crushed crackers or chocolate shavings.
