Instructions

- Add onion and celery; sauté until soft.
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, sautéed vegetables, herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Pour in chicken broth and mix until bread is moist.
- Stuff the turkey with the mixture.
- Bake the turkey according to its weight.
