Description
Delicious truffles made with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and Oreos.
Ingredients

- 1 package of Oreo cookies (approximately 15.35 oz)
- 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
- 8 oz of cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup of powdered sugar
- 1 cup of chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil
Instructions
- Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
- Add peanut butter and cream cheese to the crumbs and mix until well combined.
- Stir in powdered sugar until fully incorporated.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Melt chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
- Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Store truffles in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- Use different types of chocolate for variety.
- Feel free to add crushed peanuts on top for extra crunch.
