Description

Delicious truffles made with Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and Oreos.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of Oreo cookies (approximately 15.35 oz)
  • 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
  • 8 oz of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 1 cup of chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies in a food processor until fine crumbs form.
  2. Add peanut butter and cream cheese to the crumbs and mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in powdered sugar until fully incorporated.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  6. Melt chocolate chips with vegetable oil in a microwave-safe bowl.
  7. Dip each truffle into the melted chocolate and place back on the baking sheet.
  8. Refrigerate until the chocolate hardens.

Notes

  • Store truffles in the refrigerator for up to one week.
  • Use different types of chocolate for variety.
  • Feel free to add crushed peanuts on top for extra crunch.
