Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking soda, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, blend oil, buttermilk, eggs, food coloring, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of batter onto a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes. Let cool.
  7. For the filling, beat cream cheese and butter until creamy.
  8. Gradually add powdered sugar and mix well.
  9. Spread filling on one pie and top with another.
