Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Combine crushed cookies and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add sour cream, eggs, cocoa powder, food coloring, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  6. Bake for 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
  7. Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
