Delicious red velvet brownie bites with cream cheese frosting.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon red food coloring
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, eggs, food coloring, and vanilla.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  5. Pour the batter into a greased mini muffin tin.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  7. Let them cool.
  8. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  9. Frost the cooled brownies with cream cheese mixture.
