Delicious red velvet brownie bites with cream cheese frosting.
Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon red food coloring
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the melted butter, sugar, eggs, food coloring, and vanilla.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
- Pour the batter into a greased mini muffin tin.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Let them cool.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Frost the cooled brownies with cream cheese mixture.
