Ingredients
- Turkey – 1 whole (12-14 lbs)
- Stuffing – 1 box (or homemade)
- Green beans – 1 lb
- Mashed potatoes – 5 lbs
- Cranberry sauce – 1 can

- Butter – 1 cup
- Olive oil – 1/4 cup
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- Prepare the turkey by seasoning it with salt and pepper.
- Stuff the turkey with stuffing.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and cover with foil.
- Roast the turkey for 3-4 hours, basting every hour.
- While the turkey cooks, prepare mashed potatoes by boiling and mashing them with butter.
- Steam or sauté green beans until tender.
- Heat the cranberry sauce in a saucepan.
- Serve the turkey with sides and finish with pumpkin pie for dessert.
Notes
- Let the turkey rest for at least 20 minutes before carving.
