Ingredients

- 4 cups of diced potatoes
- 1 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of butter
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 cup of green beans
- 1/2 cup of chopped onions
- 1 cup of cranberry sauce
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Boil diced potatoes until tender, then drain.
- Add milk, butter, cheese, salt, and pepper to potatoes; mash until smooth.
- Sauté onions in a pan until golden.
- Add green beans and cook for 5 minutes.
- In a baking dish, layer mashed potatoes and top with green beans and onions.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- Serve with cranberry sauce on the side.
