Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, whole milk, sugar, and vanilla until sugar dissolves.
- Gently fold in raspberries and chocolate chunks.
- Pour mixture into an ice cream maker.
- Churn according to manufacturer’s instructions until thick and creamy.
- Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.
